Description
The Ascaso Baby T Plus is a compact commercial-grade machine that combines Ascaso's high-performance thermoblock with an independent stainless steel steam boiler, so brewing and steaming run without compromise. Dual PID control holds the coffee group and steam boiler within about half a degree, and an adjustable rotary pump fine-tunes extraction. The design cuts energy use by roughly 50% versus a traditional dual boiler, while the side-removable 2 L tank or direct mains connection suits any setup. It measures 350 x 450 x 430 mm and weighs 35 kg.
