Description
The Rocket Giotto Evoluzione R takes its cue from Rocket's commercial range. A 1.8 L insulated heat-exchange boiler and E61 group with integrated pre-infusion let you brew and steam at once, while a near-silent rotary pump supports either the 2.5 L reservoir or direct plumbing. PID logic governs boiler and brew temperature, and a built-in shot timer sharpens consistency. Wrapped in polished stainless steel with a cup rail, it is elegant, durable and hand-built in Italy.
