Description
The Profitec Pro 700 is a German-built dual-boiler machine for serious home baristas. A 0.75 L brew boiler and 2.0 L steam boiler are independently PID-controlled, so you can pull espresso and steam milk simultaneously without temperature drift. The silent rotary pump delivers up to 16 bar, and the E61 group with 58 mm portafilter produces classic, forgiving shots. A flow-control valve lets you profile extraction, while the machine runs from its 3 L reservoir or a direct water line. It measures 13.4 x 16.5 x 18.7 in and weighs 68.4 lbs.
