The Profitec Pro 500 PID pairs a 2.0 L insulated stainless steel boiler with a 1400 W element and the iconic E61 brew group. Because it is a heat-exchanger design, you can brew espresso and steam milk at the same time, and the front-mounted PID controller with shot timer makes temperature and timing easy to dial in. A quiet vibration pump supplies up to 15 bar, and the 3 L reservoir limits refills. Compact at 11.9 x 15.47 x 17.6 in, it weighs 52 lbs.
