Description
The Synesso ES.1 distils commercial engineering into a home-size machine. Its patent-pending valve matrix measures temperature, flow and pressure ten times per second, giving tight control of extraction and enabling manual or volumetric pressure profiling that can be saved as repeatable recipes. A 3 L reservoir and internal rotary vane pump feed 304L stainless-steel boilers at 120 V (15 A) or 220 V (10 A). The 56 x 43 x 44 cm machine weighs 36 kg and includes a touchscreen and a precision tea spout.
