Description
The Slayer Steam LP is a pressure-profiling workhorse for high-end cafes. Each group has its own 1.2-litre brew boiler with independent PID control, while a 7.4-litre steam boiler and a 3.3-litre preheat tank deliver plentiful, dry steam. Programmable pre-infusion and post-infusion let baristas shape extraction, and dual-volumetric dosing offers two programmable doses per group. A per-group barista dashboard and automatic purge simplify workflow. The two-group model weighs 100 kg, rising to 139 kg in three-group form.
