Description
The Slayer Steam EP brings Slayer's extraction philosophy to an accessible, entry-level commercial machine. Each group has an independent 1.7-litre brew tank with PID control and a 0-4 second pre-wet phase, encouraging even saturation before a classic 9-bar extraction. A 7.4-litre steam tank provides plentiful steam, while the centralised barista dashboard offers four volume settings per group. Soft-touch actuators and a hot-water mix valve complete the package. The two-group version weighs 100 kg and draws 4700 W.
