Description
Since 1961 the La Pavoni Europiccola has been the archetypal home lever machine. A manual lever and piston generate brew pressure by hand, giving the barista direct control over the extraction profile. Its 0.8-litre chrome-plated brass boiler yields up to eight espressos, heated by a 950 W element with a pressurestat for temperature regulation. A dual-purpose steam wand froths milk, and the polished chrome finish makes it a genuine design object measuring 200 x 335 x 490 mm and weighing 6.5 kg.
