Description
The Kees van der Westen Spirit Triplette is a state-of-the-art multi-boiler machine engineered for extremely high-output cafes. Every group has its own dedicated 2.1-litre brew boiler, and a 19.5-litre steam boiler provides seemingly limitless steam, with heat exchangers pre-heating the brew water for consistency. Individual pumps and precision PID control keep each group perfectly stable and independently adjustable. Assembled by hand in the Netherlands in stainless steel, the three-group Triplette can exceed 135 kg when filled.
