Description
Kees van der Westen's Spirit is a hand-crafted Dutch multi-boiler machine developed for the ergonomics and demands of very high-output espresso bars. Each group has its own coffee boiler and external pump, with the Idromatic progressive pre-infusion cylinder controlling extraction up to 12 bar, while the separate steam boiler runs at 1.4 bar. Offered as a two-group Duette or three-group Triplette, it runs on 230/400 V three-phase power drawing up to 10,000 W and supports loads up to 135 kg.
