The Breville Oracle BES980XL is a super-automatic that grinds, doses and tamps by itself. A stainless-steel dual boiler with PID control and an actively heated 58 mm group head allows simultaneous extraction and steaming, while the integrated conical burr grinder offers 45 settings and delivers a 22 g dose. Low-pressure pre-infusion precedes 9 bar extraction from a 15 bar pump, and the auto steam wand adjusts milk temperature from 104-167 F. It measures 18 x 16 x 14.4 in with a 2.5 L tank and 1,800 W.
