Description
The Dream PID blends a retro, Marc Aranyo-designed silhouette with serious hardware in a vibrant red finish. Its insulated high-performance thermoblock and PID controller hold temperature to within about 1.5 C, and a stainless steel 58 mm portafilter, cool-touch steam wand and externally adjustable OPV support barista technique. Volumetric control and a shot timer aid repeatability, while an active cup warmer and illuminated 1.3 L side tank add practicality to this 10 kg machine.
