Description
The ECM Technika V Profi PID is built around a 2.0 L stainless steel heat-exchanger boiler and ECM's signature E61 brew group. A quiet rotary pump and PID temperature control keep shots stable and repeatable, while the heat-exchanger design lets you brew and steam simultaneously through the dual brass-and-chrome valves. The machine draws from a generous 3 L reservoir or can be switched to a fixed water connection, and two weight-balanced portafilters are included. It measures 320 x 390 x 475 mm and weighs 28 kg.
